IDEC regards product security as an important element of quality and continues to advance related initiatives as part of its quality management activities.

Throughout the product development process, we consider not only product performance and functionality but also the information assets that need to be protected, and incorporate security into product design and implementation from the design stage.

We continue to monitor and deepen our understanding of product security laws, regulations, and standards in countries and regions around the world, including the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). We assess their impact on applicable products and business activities and take appropriate action as necessary.

To help customers use our products with confidence, IDEC endeavors to provide the necessary information through product manuals and related documentation.

For products that connect to networks, we also publish Security Precautions describing points that should be considered when using these products.

To help ensure the secure use of IDEC products, please review the relevant product manuals and precautions, and configure and manage the products appropriately for your operating environment.

For vulnerabilities related to IDEC products, we review the details, assess the impact on affected products, and take necessary action.
