The HS5L-K type key-operated safety switch locks and unlocks doors with a key.
While the key is brought into the hazardous area, the safety switch does not lock, and the equipment remains stopped, preventing entrapment in the hazardous area and stopping equipment startup, ensuring worker safety.
Furthermore, since it can be operated with the same key as the HW series key-operated selector switch (pin tumbler type), mode switching of the equipment and door unlocking can be performed with a single key.
To further enhance safety by differentiating keys for each piece of equipment, 11 types of key numbers are available.
