Simplify Order Entry with Multiple Methods

The Create Order page offers flexible options to streamline adding items:

• Individual Part Numbers:

  Enter specific part numbers for quick addition.

• Partial Search:

  Use keywords to find relevant parts. Simply click to add them to your order.

Need to Add Many Items? Use CSV Import
For larger orders (50+ items), consider our efficient CSV import process. We've successfully tested importing 100 lines in under a minute!

Get Started with CSV Import:

• Download Sample File:

  A sample CSV file is available below for reference.

• Prepare Your File:

  The system only requires SKU and Quantity columns. It will validate part numbers and automatically add pricing to your order. You can edit your CSV file using any spreadsheet software.

• Upload and Replace:

  Upload your completed CSV. Note: Existing order items will be replaced with the imported data.

Save Carts for Later Purchase
Use the SAVE CART feature to manage multiple Bills of Materials (BOMs) or projects. Saved carts can be easily restored to the Order screen whenever you're ready to purchase. Download our detailed step-by-step guides below for further guidance.
