Easily create safety circuits with a pre-programmed safety controller
Our proposed solution for this customer was the FS1B safety controller with pre-set safety control logics.
There is no programming or safety knowledge required - users simply select a safety logic circuit to start building their safety system. Once the device wiring is complete, the system is ready to use. This functionality supports customers in achieving compliance with safety standards without the need for a safety PLC. It similarly reduces programming time, and helps to maintain a high level of equipment safety.
The FS1B resolved the customer's initial concerns that a safety controller by itself may not be enough. A single FS1B safety controller can provide the same functionality as over 7 safety relay modules. The customer is extremely satisfied with the results, and is now working to standardize their use of the FS1B companywide, including at global facilities.
