HS5E-K Miniature Locking
A safety switch that locks and unlocks with a key. It also supports explosion-proof safety and mechanical safety in explosive atmospheres.

- Equipped with a detachable operation head detection function.
- Uses a highly secure pin tumbler key structure.
- Available in 16 different key numbers.
- When used in combination with an explosion-proof dedicated cover and connected to a safety relay barrier (EB3N type) with intrinsic safety explosion-proof construction, it ensures explosion safety and mechanical safety in explosive atmospheres (Exia Ⅱ BT6).
- Added a rear lock release button type for emergency escape and other uses. Accessories are also available to support mounting on aluminum frames and more.
- Uses gold-plated contacts compatible with very low loads.
- Lock strength is 1400N or more. (GS-ET-19)
- By changing the mounting direction of the operation head, 8 patterns of actuator insertion are possible, allowing flexible mounting positions.
- The actuator insertion port is made of metal, enhancing the strength of the head.
- Actuators with cushioning rubber are available to reduce impact when inserting the actuator.
- Eliminates hazardous substances to reduce environmental impact. (RoHS Directive compliant)
- Double insulation structure that does not require grounding wiring.
