Key Features
- Improved wiring by using all M3.5 screw terminals.
- Contact configuration is 1NC + 1NC for the main circuit with 2 circuits, and 1NC for the monitor circuit, enabling main circuit duplication + lock monitoring.
- Equipped with a Key interlock type that realizes hostage control as a key for bringing into large equipment.
- Actuator attached to the protective door and safety switch attached to the machine body to mechanically auto-lock the protective door.
- High safety with lock release by solenoid operation through electrical signals from the controller after the machine stops inertially.
- Achieves a lock strength of 3000N (value of lock strength in the horizontal direction parallel to the panel) with resin material by strengthening the lock mechanism part and actuator.
- Enlarged actuator insertion opening to increase tolerance for door play.
- Key interlock type allows selection of key numbers (10 types), eliminating compatibility in closely installed setups.
- Actuator can be inserted from two directions.
- Double insulation structure that does not require grounding wiring.
