Control panels with internal pressure explosion-proof construction are based on the premise that, as long as protection and monitoring are reliably performed as an internal pressure explosion-proof system, no explosion will occur inside the enclosure (non-hazardous area). Therefore, they can be considered explosion-proof structures with the following major features:

• Designed and manufactured to handle all types of explosive gases regardless of the gas type.
• Suitable for large systems where other explosion-proof structures, such as pressure-resistant explosion-proof designs, are difficult to manufacture. It allows monitoring of measuring instruments with large openings, such as recorders and large displays, through transparent windows.
• Capable of housing expensive and fragile measuring instruments, programmable controllers, and intrinsically safe explosion-proof barriers within the same panel, enabling comprehensive on-site monitoring as a single control system.
