From May 14, 2026, over a five-day period (a total of nine sessions), the IDEC Group conducted harassment prevention training for all 231 leaders and above (including managers, departmental managers, and executive officers) at domestic group companies in Japan.

The IDEC Group strictly prohibits discrimination and harassment under “Human Rights Policy” and the IDEC GROUP Code of Conduct. This annual training is a key initiative to ensure compliance with relevant laws and to help create a safe and secure workplace environment.

This year’s program focused on “incivility”—behaviors and attitudes that precede harassment. Participants deepened their understanding of how actions lacking consideration and respect can negatively impact the workplace, while also reflecting on how to build a work environment that fosters trust and enhances productivity.

The IDEC Group will continue to promote a diverse, fair, and psychologically safe workplace through ongoing training and awareness initiatives.
