Dividend Policy

Policy on Surplus Fund Distribution

We regard the strengthening of our financial structure and business foundation, along with the maintenance of stable dividends and the fair distribution of profits to shareholders, as one of our most important management priorities. From a medium- to long-term perspective, we are committed to enhancing both return on equity and the dividend payout ratio.
At the same time, we are strategically utilizing internal reserves to support medium- to long-term investments in research and development, production efficiency, and information systems, in line with our business growth strategies. These efforts also contribute to reinforcing our corporate structure and enhancing our competitiveness.
Furthermore, to ensure flexibility in profit distribution, Article 41 of our Articles of Incorporation stipulates that dividends from surplus may be paid by resolution of the Board of Directors.

Year-End Dividend

Subject to approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders, year-end dividends are scheduled to be paid in late May to shareholders who are listed or recorded in the shareholder registry as of March 31 each year.

Interim Dividend

Subject to approval by the Board of Directors, interim dividends are scheduled to be paid in late November to shareholders who are listed or recorded in the shareholder registry as of September 30 each year.
