IDEC Group Holds Sustainability Committee Meeting

On December 9, 2025, the IDEC Group held a Sustainability Committee meeting attended by executives from head office and major group companies worldwide.
Chaired by the Chairman and President, the committee consists of five specialized subcommittees focusing on Environment (E), Society (S), Governance (G), and two areas that represent IDEC’s core strengths—Safety (Sa) and Quality (Q)—as well as a CSR Procurement committee dedicated to sustainable procurement.

During this session, based on the newly formulated three-year Sustainability Plan aimed at realizing “New IDEC,” each subcommittee shared its plans and progress for fiscal year 2025, along with future activity policies. The meeting featured active Q&A and discussions.
Key decisions made by the Sustainability Committee will be reported and submitted to the Board of Directors. Approved and discussed matters will also be communicated to all employees through department heads serving as Sustainability Leaders.

In addition, to fulfill accountability to all stakeholders—including investors and business partners—and to further enhance transparency in sustainability management, we have published GRI Standards and SASB Standards Cross-Reference Tables. These documents clearly demonstrate IDEC Group’s initiatives in alignment with international standards.
