Employee Assistance Program


An Employee Assistance Program (or EAP) is a benefit some companies offer their employees—and often, their family members—to help them cope with problems that affect their personal and work lives. EAP’s help thousands of employees each year deal with stress, financial and legal difficulties, marriage and family problems, addictions and workplace conflicts.

Educational Reimbursement


Employees must work 40 hours per week, on a regular basis, and can utilize up to 3% of their annual salary per year.

On-site Fitness Center


Weight training and cardiovascular equipment, saunas, Jacuzzi, locker rooms with shower facilities and on-site Basketball and Tennis courts.
