Accurate recognition of objects is critical in control systems, especially when you want to suppress unwanted objects such as a conveyer belt. Now, common problems like this can be avoided. With the new SA1E, you can accurately and reliably recognize targeted items while ignoring background objects. How? Adjustable sensing ranges from 20mm to 200mm enable the SA1E to quickly and precisely detect targets while ignoring the background that is beyond your defined cut-off range. This means objects can be detected regardless of color and/or reflectivity. So, for a sensor that provides a high level of precision and repeatability, the SA1E is the clear choice. Less errors equals increased productivity for you!
SA1E switches are available in two connection styles: 2m cable or M8 connector, and with a choice of NPN output, PNP output, light ON, and dark ON options. Housing dimensions are just 19.5mm x 10.8mm x 31.5mm. These switches are also UL/c-UL listed, CE marked and are IP67 rated.
