IDEC products have had a long history in the New Zealand market going back some 35 years, we have been fortunate to have had such supportive and loyal channel partners and customers over this time.

IDECs new distribution arrangement with CSL is one that both companies are very excited about and one that going forward will offer additional IDEC product lines, greater support and further direct regional representation to our NZ customers. With this in mind and in the interest of best serving our NZ clients needs throughout the early part of this transitional distribution phase, IDEC, CSL and past partner Landis & Gyr (formally Ampy Email) are all working together to best deliver on a continuity of product supply, various logistical support, selected commercial arrangements and ongoing technical support.
